We are a boutique apartment owner located in shed 20, Princes Wharf, downtown Auckland central.  Unquestionably this location is one of the most sought after in Auckland with its proximity to the viaduct basin and downtown CBD.  Both are within 100m walking distance of our apartments.

With the Quay St transformation project now complete and within close proximity to the new Commercial Bay Business Park and Queen Street shopping, the location is second to none.

Modern transportation hub (ferries, buses, and trains) are on your doorstep as is access to the finest restaurants and nightlife in the Viaduct.

Our apartments are maintained to an extremely high standard and are available for fixed term short stay tenancies. Note: These tenancies are not covered by the residential tenancies act as they are short stay apartments i.e. Airbnb with fixed periods of 90-days. Extensions can be negotiated however there are no periodic tenancies.

Our Apartments

We have 10 apartments all located in shed 20 which is the middle shed next to the Hilton Hotel on the eastern side of the wharf.  All apartments located on Princes Wharf are either.

  1. Waterview facing the ferry terminal and Queen street with easterly views (AM sun)
  2. Street facing onto the roadway with westerly views (PM sun)

Our apartments are generally high up on levels 4 and 5 of the shed 20 complex.  We have 9×1 bedroom apartments and 1×2 bedroom penthouse apartment.  All apartments are fully furnished and most have been renovated within the last 12-months.

Power and fibre internet connection is provided to all apartments and charged at a set-monthly rental ensuring a no hassle entry and exit of rental terms for tenants and no surprises.

References & Bond

All apartment rentals are subject to fixed term tenancies.  The agreed rental shall remain fixed for the duration of the tenancy period.

  • $1000.00 bond is payable and is fully refundable upon completion of the term subject to the apartment being inspected for damage or any missing items
  • Rent is payable one week in advance
  • References must be provided

All rent prices are net for non GST registered persons i.e no GST is payable. For companies registered for GST the rental prices are plus GST. Please confirm your GST status on any applications or in any correspondence.
